By using ASG services, you agree to these terms. ASG Brand Management S.R.L. provides digital brand management services for content creators across multiple platforms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to create content on the platforms we manage. Proof of age and identity is required during onboarding.
Services
ASG manages digital presence including but not limited to: account setup, content strategy, posting, engagement management, analytics, and financial reporting. Specific services are outlined in individual creator agreements.
Revenue & Payments
Revenue split percentages are defined in individual contracts. Payments are processed monthly. Full financial transparency is provided through monthly reports.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 60 days written notice.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal information, business operations, and financial details. NDA provisions apply to all parties.
Governing Law
Romanian law. Disputes resolved by competent courts in Bucharest.
